“ Two bars and a about 8-9 different places to eat. Very cool concept. Counter service with friendly staff. We tried 2 restaurants and enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Great for casual date night or groups. ”
“ This is definitely a good date spot! Not only are the vibes kind of speakeasy esque but the food is also really good. I liked how it felt like a restaurant while still having a variety of food kiosks- almost like having a bunch of food trucks to choose from. The cashiers were nice and helpful if you didn't know what to order. Everything was pretty seamless. I will say it is on the pricier side though if that's a concern. Birria tacos: 9/10 The meat was extremely tender and the consume was absolutely delicious. My only thing is that they were super rich and a little bit oily so after one my tastebuds felt overwhelmed. Brisket egg rolls: 10/10 These were so good the umami/Texan take on traditional egg rolls was really good! I even liked the duck sauce and I don't normally do. Give me 100 more please! K sauce wings: 10/10 I loved these and was trying to get every ounce of meat off the bone lol. The flavor and crispiness of these wings were just a concoction of beautiful flavors and textures. I want to try some spicy ones next time for sure. Parking: lots of spaces in the back and front! Need to go back and try more places 10/10 ”
“ As a whole, I really just love this space because they have so much to offer from the food to the drinks to the vibes. It was my first, and def not my last, time visiting! I tried out blk market birria and got their rice bowl with birria, and it was honestly subpar. Nothing abt it rlly tasted authentic. It felt like the guac was just wholly guacamole. They added sliced cucumbers on the side too? Very interesting topping choice. Also, the rice was way too wet, partly due to the other ingredients as well. I did not enjoy this meal as much as I anticipated and would've preferred tacos instead. As for the bar, we got the frozen sangria, and it was SO GOOD. They dipped the rim in sugar, which was a nice touch. It was a refreshing, balanced drink. Another plus is that they were playing some of the best music!!! Seating wasn't too difficult to find since they have a ton in different areas. We sat downstairs in the middle and then next to the bar. Such a great place to hang at. Parking was fine since we came on a weekday evening! ”
“ My first visit to the Conservatory Galleria completely exceeded my expectations! We tried the Cilantro Rice Shrimp Bowl from Bird Haus and the Chicken Birria Tacos from BLK MKT, and both dishes were absolutely bursting with flavor. Everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly seasoned, making for an unforgettable meal. We came on a Sunday, and it was pleasantly uncrowded with plenty of convenient parking right in front. The interior of the Conservatory is stunning, featuring beautiful decor, comfortable seating, and a clean, well-maintained space. The large bar is an added bonus, offering a great spot to grab a drink. This is the perfect destination for a family outing or a casual gathering. We had such a great time and can't wait to return! ”
“ It's ironically funny to eat lunch with your mother, while sitting next to the stage where you once danced on top of, 20 years ago. Very nostalgic and fun. Plenty of free parking in the front and back. Two covered porchs for good weather days and dog friendly. Kid friendly atmosphere during the day, for lunch. Casual and chill vibes with hang out with friends. We went for lunch but it looks like a nice place to bring a date for a night visit as well. We liked all the options, gives everyone a chance to get what they want. Food, dessert and smoothie/ juices. The staff at each restaurant was friendly, helpful and we loved that we could order off computer screens, which shows pictures of all the food. Definitely recommend. Will definitely be back. ”
“ This is more of a first impression kind of review than a full in depth review, but I was meeting some people here over the weekend and had no idea it existed. It's a food court right by the galleria so if you work in one of he offices nearby or you're in the area, it's a nice spot to grab some food. They actually have plenty of parking too which is nice. Longtime Houstonians will remember this as the location for the old Roxy Night Club with DJ Mark D broadcasting live on Saturday nights so whether you actually went to the club or not, this is part of Houston nightlife history! They have preserved that aspect of the club with the Roxy bar which is by the sitting area. Apparently they have a decent happy hour. I didn't have a chance to try any of the food this time around but just as a first impression it seemed like food truck types of food but unlike a food truck yard or something, you have air conditioning and a very clean environment here. ”
“ I am SO excited to have this food hall in the Galleria area that's not inside of the mall!! For folks like me that lives in the area but wouldn't dare try to go into the mall just for food with all of that traffic. Or people who are staying in the hotels/airbnbs nearby and want a meal without having to make reservations or driving far. Or people that enjoys the food trucks but want a place to sit and eat, especially away from the elements, this is the place for you! On top of those things, it's open til midnight and 1am on Saturdays! So if it's 9:30pm and you wanna grab a bit and/or a drink, you can do that here! There's music playing in the background and tvs all across the bars with sports and news. The place is beautifully decorated. It gives a nice intimate yet casual vibe. You can go for a first or many date nights, a night out with friends, a birthday celebration, working from home, or a solo dolo trip and not feel awkward. They have so many seating arrangements to accommodate all, including outdoor seating. You can bring the kids too. They have a variety of food options from Mexican to Pakistan, chicken to stir-fry, açaí bowls to desserts. They have 2 bars, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs in a more secluded lounge area. With a Happy Hour every day until 7pm!! The only thing that seemed to be missing were a few sockets or places to charge phones. That would have been great at those hightop tables by the windows. Ive never seen a concept like this but this is the type of environment I expected when living in the Galleria. I love this! ”
